Tile & Grout Restoration

By using advances in technology and chemistry, IPI has developed an effective tile and grout deep cleaning and restoration process. We have the ability to restore the materials to near new condition. Deep Cleaning:

Using appropriate ingredients and a controlled, high-pressure machine, IPI can apply a five step process that will improve the appearance and hygiene of the surface being treated. Before thinking about regrouting or replacing your surfaces, let IPI attempt to restore it back to a near new condition at a fraction of the cost.

Sealing:

IPI can seal the grout following a deep cleaning procedure. Grout is a porous material that absorbs dirt and grime. A sealer significantly reduces the chance a spill will penetrate into the porous surface. In addition, routine maintenance will become more effective. Ideally, have IPI apply a sealing procedure after a new installation.

Color/Sealing:

This solution corrects uneven grout color caused during installation or stained grout lines resulting after years of use. IPI can color/seal your grout to the original color (or a color of your choice) and have it look like a new installation. The color/sealer impregnates the grout for a permanent bond. The process will give the grout lines a uniform appearance and at the same time protect them against future staining.

Anti-Slip Treatments:

If you have an area that is prone to slip and falls, consider having IPI treat those areas with an Anti-Slip product.
